G+2 Residential Apartment and Refurbishment – Kiyovu, Nyarugenge

This G+2 Residential Apartment and Refurbishment project, developed by Core Green Engineering Ltd (CGE), is located in Kiyovu, Nyarugenge. The project involved constructing a modern two-story apartment while refurbishing an existing low-rise building, blending new development with upgraded structures for enhanced functionality and aesthetics.

The design features three levels of residential space, carefully planned to provide comfortable living areas, modern amenities, and optimized natural light and ventilation. The refurbishment work focused on strengthening and modernizing the existing building, ensuring durability, safety, and improved living standards.
